Cancellation policy 

Scheduling lessons

Lessons are scheduled with a start time and duration. 

Cancellation

Definition: absence from lesson with prior notice of absence.

-          If the client cancels at least 24 hours before the start time of their scheduled lesson, that lesson will be rescheduled, credited, or refunded. Crediting or rescheduling will be determined by the teacher based on individual circumstances.

-          If the student cancels within 24 hours of the start time, 50% of the lesson fee will be incurred.

-          If the teacher cancels the lesson, the lesson fee will be credited back to the client.

Late attendance

Definition: commencing the lesson after the scheduled start time.

-          The lesson will begin at the scheduled start time and end after the scheduled duration regardless of late attendance. This is to respect the scheduled lesson times of other clients. 

No show

Definition: absence from lesson without prior notice of absence.

-          If the student is no show, the lesson fee will be incurred.
